Automate and integrate sales and administration with ClickUp

For VMP Services, we integrated ClickUp as a CRM to transform their sales management. 

We created a sales pipeline with relevant custom fields for automatic mapping from Tally, and set up automated email communication with opportunities. 

The system also enables intelligent cross-mapping of customers and experts according to their location, facilitating administrative onboarding. We've added features to monitor the availability of public administrations with automatic reminders.


The results are clear: ClickUp has become an automated hub that unifies sales and project management. Contracts are signed more quickly, onboarding is simplified, the collection of administrative documents is accelerated, and the system enables more intelligent matching between customers and administrations. What's more, automated reminders make it possible to follow up with the authorities more efficiently.
