At TDI Francewe undertook a complete overhaul of their processes, adopting ClickUp to structure and streamline their operations.
It all started with a detailed process mapping on Miro, where we identified opportunities for optimization and standardization to better reflect our integration and implementation needs.
We created task list and task group templates adapted to various scenarios, whether simple, complex or requiring R&D involvement. This standardized framework made it easier for their teams to navigate through projects, while retaining the flexibility needed to adapt to each situation.
ClickUp adoption was facilitated by live coaching and QA sessions, transforming some of our employees into true ClickUp champions within the company. This in-house expertise has been a major asset in unifying departments and simplifying information sharing, reducing the need for meetings and saving valuable time.
By harmonizing processes, onboarding new employees has become simpler and faster. ClickUp has enabled them to centralize their operations, improve internal communication and create an environment where every employee knows exactly what to do, leading to increased efficiency and optimized collaboration within TDI France.
