LANE is the group's official event partner Michel Reybier Hospitalityfor all their annual seminars at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, bringing together elite members from various properties for an in-depth exploration of the Group's vision, values and future. The three-day event is a unique opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen ties and collectively pursue the Group's goals.
As the agency responsible for coordinating and organizing this annual conference, LANE Digital played a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the event. We developed a tailor-made application, available in several languages, to facilitate stay preparation, registration management, scheduling, gamification and instant communication, guaranteeing an optimal user experience. In addition, AI solutions for real-time translation were implemented, enabling participants to follow the sessions in their native language via headphones.
In addition, we designed and coordinated presentations and panels focusing on digital trends, including educational workshops and professional moderation, bringing substantial educational value and captivating the attention of attendees. Our interventions not only enriched the content of the event, but also maximized thecommitment of guests through innovative and interactive approaches.
The application facilitated logistics and reduced stress for organizers, enabling them to concentrate on what really mattered: delivering an exceptional experience to their guests.
