Digitizing patient admissions management

We implemented the project management software for Jaime Leandro Foundation, a healthcare association based in the United States.

To streamline their inquiries for new patients, we set up a form directly in the ClickUp project management software. This form is available directly on their website, branded in the association's colors.

We then streamlined the request management process to automate customer communication as far as possible.

Also, once the patient has committed to the treatment process, it is then passed on to project management. A model was created to standardize a complex process involving over 75 tasks to be organized with external partners over a period of more than 6 months.

Tasks are dependent with dynamic due dates.

The solution is HIPAA compliant to meet the data protection needs of the US medical sector.
