Comprehensive digital ecosystem audit to create synergies and opportunities
For Ezia Athletic Clubwe carried out a complete audit of their digital ecosystem to meet their diverse needs: recruitment, employee onboarding, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and more. We assessed their current CRM usage, website integration, payment processes, and prospecting.
In parallel, we examined their management of recurring projects and meetings, integrating gamification solutions via a leaderboard. We explored other potential integrations and synergies.
For each identified need, we proposed the best available digital solution, detailing benefits, costs, implementation process, and organizing demonstrations and mediations with digital solution representatives where necessary.
We also recommended best practices for CRM use and provided appropriate training.
With regard to project management, we presented potential use cases and added value.
For professional gamification, we have proposed a classification table.
In addition, we suggested additional software for SOP (Trainual), human resources (BambooHR), and forms automation (Tally and Make.com). Finally, we established a prioritization and a roadmap for the implementation of the proposed solutions.
