Reorganizing and optimizing marketing with ClickUp

For Cloud Factorywe undertook an in-depth transformation of ClickUp's use, aiming to maximize its efficiency through best practices, dedicated training and rigorous process cleansing.


We started by organizing collaborative sessions to understand the team's specific needs and identify existing inefficiencies. Next, we set up intensive coaching and training sessions to ensure that every member of the team, from managers to users, mastered ClickUp's functionalities and applied best practices.
